Return policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective. A restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in the same condition as it was sold in due to negligence, use, or if parts or items originally included with the product is missing. If a restocking fee is applied, the fee amount is determined at Studio Halabi's discretion.
Items returned under warranty may be replaced or repaired if availability of parts allow, or refunded fully. Return shipping costs are not covered after the first 30 days of the warranty period.
In the event of shipping damage or loss during a return, the customer agrees to pursue claims directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Studio Halabi will assist by providing shipment documentation if requested, but shall not be liable for any refunds, replacements, or compensation for lost or damaged return packages after the product has been successfully delivered with tracking to the customer.
